Please stop heartbeat thread when we disconnect and start when we connect!
There is no point of the heartbeat when we’re not connected!
ps:
I guess code is there (kbmMWCustomTransport.pas) but disabled.

It seems to have been commented out in 2017ish because of the server heartbeat being incorrectly stopped due to any one client disconnecting.
I have looked at it, and changed it slightly so heartbeat will be stopped at server transport being closed, and on a client when the client transport is disconnected.
It will be in next release.
