kbmMW HTTPSys API error

Hi,

When I run my application I get the following error durring startup:

kbmMW HTTPSys API: Kan geen bestand maken dat al bestaat (can not create a file that already exist)

Any suggestion what might be the cause of this error? The server application seems to work fine after clicking the message away.

Could it be that another server is already listening on the port?
