DecoderThe company I’m working for currently has an analysis phase ongoing for a project to update an old, huge ASTA client & ASTA server app to Delphi 12, currently it’s on Delphi 2007.
I’ve recommended kbmMW as the replacement for ASTA as in my experience it is a more similar experience to ASTA than ROSDK. However, the analyst group’s lead developer can’t find any documentation on the task of migrating ASTA to kbmMW, whilst he has found documentation (one article) on migrating ASTA to RODA/ROSDK.
Do you have any awareness of anyone who has migrated a major application from ASTA to kbmMW? Can you provide any documentation or advice in written form? This is ongoing, so decision time is short.
