You can use the built in statistics features, which supports both Windows Performance Monitor, and storing stats in simple files. Check the TkbmMWLocalStat component which you can attach to TkbmMWServer.Statistics and connectionpool.Statistics properties.
If you have enabled statistics on the TkbmMWLocalStat component, it will collect lots of statistical info, including counts, per/sec and plenty other stuff. You can also use TkbmMWONStat if you want it to collect statistics in an object notation container, which you can then save/load as you see fit.
