Any Windows computer running the Windows Print Spooler service is in risk of being attacked via a critical exploit that has no current complete patch, but for which the attack angle has been published (by accident apparently).
Hence the recommendation is to turn OFF the Windows Print Spooler to avoid a malicious take over, due to execution of rogue code.
